Macworld Tokyo 2003 will not be held. The show was the largest gathering of Mac fans in the world.

digitalvideoediting.com ran a review pitting a high-end PC against a high-end macintosh. Test included After Effects and Photoshop .. simply said: the PC blew the Mac out of the water in performance. Bottom line: the Dell was $629 less than the Mac and performed twice as fast.

In addition to the digitalvideoediting.com site, Ace’s Hardware ran their own review on the fatest PowerMac and the dual 1.25Ghz Mac performed slower in lighwave than a Dual Athlon MP 2200+, Dual Pentium4 Xeon 2.4Ghz, and Pentium 4 3.06Ghz machine.

Here is an interesting article about the Volkswagen 1-liter concept car. The car’s fuel tank can only hold 6.5 liters (1.7 gallons) but appears to be capable of traveling 239mpg … simply incredible.
